Will customers hang up on a robot?Some will, and we would rather say that than pretend otherwise. But the comparison is not "AI versus you" - it is "AI versus ringing out". A caller who reaches an assistant that takes their details and promises a call back is far more likely to stay with you than one who gets voicemail at 8pm.

Do I have to change my phone number?No. It sits on your existing number and only picks up when you do not - after a set number of rings, or outside hours you choose, or always. That is your call and you can change it whenever you like.

I am not great with technology. Is this going to be a headache?Setup is on us - we configure it, test it against your real services and areas, and tune it in the first fortnight. Day to day you get a text after each call and that is the whole interaction. If something needs changing, you ring or message and we change it. That is what the monthly fee is for.

Is €1,000 not a lot for a small business?It is real money, so it should pay for itself. On three missed calls a week at €300 a job, it clears in under two months. If your call volume is genuinely low, it may not be worth it - and if the free audit shows that, we will tell you and suggest something cheaper instead.

Can I get a grant for this?Possibly for part of it. The Grow Digital Voucher covers 50% up to €5,000 for off-the-shelf software new to your business plus setup and training - but not bespoke development, and you must have completed a LEO Digital for Business project in the last two years. Most one-van businesses will not qualify. We will not build a quote around a grant we cannot confirm you can claim.
