Dental, medical & specialist clinics

If the only way to book you is a phone call, you are losing patients to whoever answers first.

Most Irish clinic websites were built to look respectable, not to fill a diary. Meanwhile your receptionist spends the day on booking, rescheduling, recalls and the same six questions - work that software should be doing so your team can look after the people actually in the building.

Patient data stays in the EU - by design, not by promise Live in 7-10 days for a niche clinic site You own the booking system and every account

The leaks

Four places an Irish clinic loses appointments without noticing.

01

The evening enquiry

Most people search for a dentist or a consultant outside working hours. If the only option is “call us between 9 and 5”, they carry on scrolling and book the practice that let them do it there and then.

02

The engaged tone

One receptionist, two lines, a full waiting room. Every unanswered call is a patient who rings the next clinic on the list - and you have no record it ever happened.

03

The no-show

Manual reminder calls get skipped on busy days. A no-show is an empty chair you have already paid for, and it is one of the few costs you can genuinely design out.

04

The recall nobody sent

Six-month check-ups, hygienist visits, annual reviews. The list exists somewhere. Whether it is worked depends on how busy the front desk was that week.

Nationally, only 29% of Irish enterprises offer online ordering, reservation or booking through their website. Among smaller practices it is lower still. Being the clinic in your area that does is a real advantage while it lasts. (CSO Information Society Statistics, Feb 2026)

What we build

A clinic site that fills the diary, and the systems behind it.

Most clinics should start with the site and AI Reception together. That combination fixes the two biggest leaks at once, and it is where the payback is easiest to see in the diary.

Patient data

Health data is special category data. We build accordingly.

Patient information falls under Article 9 of the GDPR, and your obligations as controller do not soften because a supplier is convenient. Ukraine has no EU adequacy decision - so the architecture is designed so that the question does not arise.

  • Patient records stay in EU-hosted infrastructure. Dublin, Frankfurt or Paris
  • We do not need your patient database to build a booking system or an AI receptionist. Development runs on synthetic data
  • The AI receptionist takes contact details and an appointment reason - it is not designed to discuss clinical history, and it hands to a human when a caller goes there
  • Article 28 DPA with EU Standard Contractual Clauses signed before work begins
  • Encryption in transit and at rest, EU-held keys, logged and time-limited access
  • Data retention and deletion rules configured to your practice policy, not to a default
