The gap
The stated barriers are not cost or belief. They are “lack of skills” (27%) and “don’t know where to start” (16%). Ireland’s public supports reflect the same gap: the Local Enterprise Offices and Enterprise Ireland fund consultancy and roadmaps, and explicitly exclude implementation and bespoke development. Plenty of Irish businesses are holding a digital roadmap with nobody funded to build it.

Pricing
Fixed-price per project, quoted after a free 20-minute call. No hourly billing, no surprise change orders - scope changes go through a written change order first.
VAT: Studio N is established outside the EU, so no VAT is charged on the invoice. Under the general place-of-supply rule for B2B services (Article 44, Directive 2006/112/EC) your business self-accounts for Irish VAT under the reverse charge. If you are VAT-registered and fully deductible, that is cash-neutral for you.
Grant funding
The Trading Online Voucher closed to applications in December 2024. Agencies still advertising it are quoting a scheme that no longer exists.
Its replacement, the Grow Digital Voucher, funds 50% of eligible costs up to €5,000 - but the official terms state that it “does not support bespoke website development” and that “custom or bespoke software is not eligible for grant support.” What it does fund is off-the-shelf software new to your business, plus the configuration and training around it.
So we structure grant-linked work as two invoices: the voucher-eligible portion, and the bespoke layer as ordinary commercial spend. Clean for your claim, clean for your accountant.
Working with a supplier outside Ireland
Every account is registered in your business name with you as owner from day one - domain, hosting, repository, analytics, payment gateway. If you walk away mid-project you keep everything and need nothing from us. That is in the contract, not just on this page.
Kyiv is two hours ahead of Dublin, year round. Calls at 9am or 4pm Irish time are ordinary working hours here. You get a Friday video walkthrough of real progress and a shared board you can open any time.
Ukraine has no EU adequacy decision, so we design around it: production data stays in EU-hosted infrastructure, development runs on pseudonymised or synthetic data, and a DPA with EU Standard Contractual Clauses is signed at contract stage.
A fair question and we would rather you asked it. Redundant power and connectivity, and EU-hosted code and infrastructure - so your project never depends on a machine or a connection in Ukraine. The full continuity plan is written down and we will send it before you sign.
