A good clinic website must give a patient four things: understand what you treat, see the price, book easily, and trust you. Below is a point-by-point checklist. Check your site: whatever is missing is what loses patients.

The checklist

  • A clear homepage. In the first seconds it's obvious which areas/conditions you treat and where to book. Not slogans about "the best medicine", but specifics.
  • Online booking. A visible "Book" button + a simple form (name, phone, service). Ideally 24/7.
  • Services with prices. Service pages, clear prices or ranges. A hidden price = the patient goes to a competitor.
  • Doctor cards. Photo, specialty, experience. People go to people, not to "specialists".
  • Trust. Patient reviews, licenses/certificates, clinic photos, answers to common questions.
  • Speed. The site loads in 1-3 seconds. A slow site loses people before they even see anything.
  • Mobile version. Most visit from a phone: large text, a tappable number, a convenient form.
  • Contacts and directions. Address, map, hours, messengers - all visible.
  • Up to date. The schedule and prices on the site match reality.

What most often breaks conversion

  1. No online booking (only "call us").
  2. A hidden or missing price.
  3. Slow loading and a poor mobile version.
  4. "Dry" doctor cards with no photos and no reviews.

A simple test: open your site on a phone and try to book in 30 seconds. If it didn't go fast, it won't for a patient either.
